Strict quality control process is SEMGOAL’s effective means to ensure customers use “zero defect” products, while the powerful IT system, real-time quality control database management is the strongest backing. All incoming and outgoing goods details will be uploaded to the company’s ERP and gold data and self-developed database, archived for the record, which includes but not limited to:

• Detailed record of goods incoming information.
• Photo archiving of incoming goods details.
• Detailed photo archiving of outgoing goods.
• Suppliers submit the corresponding supplier audit/grading management system process.
• Archive of original factory contact information.
