Quality Management

The SEMGOAL “Quality Assurance Program” is the result of a comprehensive quality process review that began with our supplier qualification process and accumulated control over the supply channels of high quality electronic components.
All SEMGOAL suppliers are continuously evaluated and audited by our quality management team based on transacted orders, quality certifications and peer trade references. Our “Quality Assurance Program” was created based on new standards and will continue to create new development strategies to better serve our customers.

Supplier classification management system

SEMGOAL, rigorously vets each and every supplier. We already have an extensive supplier grading system that contains detailed information on more than thousands of existing suppliers. Every quarter, our system reviews all suppliers and strictly enforces the grading system.

Agent, Authorized Distributor, Original Manufacturer
– Tier 2 (Tier 2 Supplier)
OEM, ODM, EMS factory
– Tier 3 (Tier 3 supplier)
Suppliers with annual turnover of $50M or more, with third party certification (ERAI, IDEA, ISO)
– Tier 4 (Tier 4 suppliers)
Suppliers with an annual turnover of $20M or more, who have been in the component supply industry for more than 10 years
– Tier 5 (Tier 5 suppliers)
Other suppliers (including new suppliers)
